Information you provide

The Tally form collects your email address, business type, country and optional ideas. Please do not include sensitive information or information about your clients. We also store the site version, theme variant, copy variant and landing-page path with your response. Page query parameters are not passed to Tally.

Why we use it

We use responses to understand interest in Velmendo, consider product ideas and respond to your requests. Our basis for this is our legitimate interest in developing the service and handling enquiries. If you separately opt in to email updates, we use your consent to send development news and launch or early-access invitations. This checkbox is optional and not preselected. Sending ideas does not subscribe you.

Providers and website analytics

Tally hosts the form and stores its responses in Europe. Opening the embedded form connects your browser to Tally. Tally privacy policy.

Cloudflare hosts this website, provides network security and Web Analytics for aggregate visits and performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies or browser local storage. We do not send form answers, email addresses or variant-response links to Web Analytics. Network providers process technical request information to deliver and protect their services. Retention

We retain form responses for no longer than 24 months from submission, unless you request deletion sooner. We review responses monthly for deletion. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending updates; you may also request deletion of your response.

Your choices and rights

You can request access, correction or deletion, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request restriction or portability where applicable. You can withdraw email consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Email hello@velmendo.com from the address you used in the form and tell us whether you wish to unsubscribe, delete your response, or both. We may ask for proportionate confirmation of your identity. We normally respond within one month. You can complain to your local data protection authority, including Finland’s Data Protection Ombudsman.
